(You might even be able to lend them a hand in their final prep.) Last year we had the highest number of exhibits in AGRM history, and we expect this year to at least match it. Getting an early run through the Exhibit Hall will enable you to make a list of must-visit exhibits for the rest of your staff. 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Strong Tower Prayer Room Open Prayer is a big part of AGRM conventions, with prayer intercessors serving around the clock. This year we have added a self-guided, interactive prayer room that will draw on all your senses as it draws you to the Father. Stop in to visit the various stations, converse with God, and journal your thoughts. Check the schedule for the limited hours the Strong Tower Prayer Room is open. NOTE: Please enter prayerfully and quietly. 1:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. First-Timers Orientation If this is your first AGRM Annual Convention, head to this session to find out what’s when, who’s where, and why it’s important. It’s a fast-paced time with a lot of laughter, a number of giveaways, and a little bit of competition. Come meet other first-timers and leave feeling like you’re in charge. 3:00 p.m. – 5:15 p.m. Wednesday Afternoon General Session Our all-group gatherings are famous for from-the-floor networking, videos, rejuvenating music, and inspirational speakers. With Bill Butterworth and the group Two or More on the platform, this general session will be all that and then some. 5:15 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. Chisholm Trail Dinner in the Exhibit Hall ‰ We’re eating dinner cowboy style tonight in the Exhibit Hall. The bean pot is over the open fire, and the cook has plenty of hot biscuits. Eat, mingle, and meet people—other members and exhibitors—who can make a difference in your life and ministry. Continued on page 8 To get settled in and get the most out of the convention, PLAN TO LAND NO LATER THAN 11:30 A.M. ON WEDNESDAY. Obviously, you’ll want to arrive earlier if you are part of the Northern Lights District, plan to go on the Dallas Trail Missions Tour, or are a new CEO. Keep in mind that Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) Airport is 40 minutes from the Hyatt. Dallas Love Field (DAL) Airport is 25 minutes away.
