The 2017 Compensation Survey report is an important management tool for rescue missions. This year’s survey report includes breakdowns by mission size and district, 25th and 75th percentiles, and relevant graphic data. New this year, the 2017 report also provides helpful ratios, such as salary costs and benefit costs as percentages of total annual expenses. If your member mission participated in the survey, you do not need to complete this form unless you'd like a printed copy. Your mission's executive director and billing contact can download at no charge an electronic version from your mission's View/Edit Organization Profile (upon logging in at www.agrm.org). If you would also like to have a printed copy, the cost is $30.
If you did not complete the survey, the member cost is $119 for the electronic version and $149 for the electronic version and a printed copy. The electronic version will be made available for download upon login at www.agrm.org via the mission's View/Edit Organization Profile. The executive director and billing contact will be able to download the survey as often as needed.
The non-member cost is $179 for the electronic version and $209 for the electronic version and a printed copy. The electronic version will be emailed to the address specified in the form.
