PURPOSE:
SERVE the local rescue ministries through
education, training, materials, consultation,
conferences, conventions, and networking.
START new rescue ministries and help
ministries develop new outreaches to help missions
network nationally and internationally.
SHARE the message of RESCUE.
SEEK Spiritual Growth and Wholeness - promote
prayer, spiritual values and growth among the rescue
family.
