Program Manager Transitional Housing Manager

Denver Rescue Mission (DRM) is seeking a Program Manager Transitional Housing Manager to work full-time. Program Manager Transitional Housing Manager (PM) should be someone with proven leadership skills, with a clear case management philosophy, who takes initiative, can multi-task, and is able to manage a large caseload. The PM provides leadership, assessments, assignments, and accountabilities to all THP Staff. The PM reports directly to the Director of Family Services, and work closely with the Crossing Operations Director and VP of Programs, to oversee the programmatic framework and manage all THP Staff.

• Willingness to work a schedule necessary to manage a 24/7 program operation.
• Master of Social work (MSW) with 3-5 years of experience required. Preference given to Licensed Clinic Social Worker (LCSW) candidates.
• Experience with therapy and working understanding of common treatment modalities.
• Expertise in case assessment and referral procedures
• Ability to work with clients who are homeless or struggling due to personal circumstances.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to be respectful and courteous to clients and co-workers at all times.
• Quality social and interpersonal skills and Christian character with staff and the community.
• A heart and commitment to serve the needy and seeing lives changed in the name of Christ.

NOTE: A limited amount of work related travel may be required.
