Resident Assistant, Center for Women & Children

Bay Area Rescue Mission has an open position for a Resident Assistant (RA) in our Center for Women & Children (CWC). The RA position ensures the safety and well-being of our guests and residents and is one of relational ministry, interacting with our shelter guests and program residents to offer biblical encouragement, support and accountability. The right candidate will have a heart for ministry with the addicted and broken who are seeking life transformation through Jesus Christ. Must be a team player, have a teachable spirit, have good organizational skills, be computer literate and good written and interpersonal communication skills. Must have valid California driverís license. Shifts are part-time, as many as 36 hours weekly and have variable/flexible hours including some evenings, and/or weekends.
