AGRM’s annual convention represents North America’s largest gathering of rescue mission workers and provides a unique opportunity for you to showcase your products and services. We offer sponsorships that can connect you with target audiences or the entire group of attendees. The descriptions listed here showcase the ways we can highlight your company or organization during the convention.

Cell Phone Wallets

To help attendees keep track of business cards, room cards, and credit cards, we'll give out these handy phone wallets with your logo on them to each attendee at registration! We're expecting even more folks in our Exhibit Hall this year, so an extra space for business cards will be a must!


District T-Shirts

Member price: $500
Non-member price: $700

After dinner in the Exhibit Hall on our opening night, we'll have a battle of the districts! Help our members to come together as a team with district t-shirts. We'll print your logo along with other exhibitor logos on the back of each shirt given to attendees as they enter the district challenge. Your logo will also be featured on signage during the event. 

 

Photo Booth

Non-member price: $7,000

Our attendees will be able to take home an instant memory with a photo from the photo booth branded with your company logo and color. The photo booth will be set up on Wednesday and Thursday near registration and is sure to be an eye popping way to show off your brand!

 

Convention Tote Bags (Sold)

We’ll screen-print your company name, logo, and contact information (along with AGRM’s 2017 convention logo) on the side of a tote bag that all attendees will receive. Most attendees carry the bag with them throughout the convention and keep it for multiple uses when they return home.


Convention Name Badges (Sold)

Non-member price: $6,000

Your company name and logo will appear on the name badge that all attendees will wear every day. The name badge is required for admission to all convention events. It’s a constant reminder of your presence at the convention.


Convention Bookstore (Sold)

Member price: $1,500
Non-member price: $2,500

Each year, the convention bookstore is a big hit! The store offers resources both created by and recommended by the main speakers and seminar presenters, as well as other materials helpful to the work and ministry of rescue. In addition to recognition in the convention program, signage at the bookstore will include your company or organization logo, thanking you for your sponsorship of the store.

First-Timers Gathering (Sold)

1:30 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. 

Member price: $750
Non-member price: $1,000

Audience: Those who are new to AGRM conventions, as well as those who haven't attended a convention in quite awhile. This session provides an overview of the event, and some tips and tricks for getting the most for your money.

Estimated attendance: 50

Women-in-Leadership Breakfast (Sold)

Friday, June 2
7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

Member price: $750
Non-member price: $1,000

Audience: Women who are rescue mission CEOs, COOs and other positions in the rescue mission field will gather for some exclusive networking and fellowship.

Estimated attendance: 100

The Heart of Man (Sold)

Friday, June 2
7:00 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.

Member price: $800
Non-member price: $1,050

Audience: All men in attendance are welcome to gather for a powerful movie from our friends at TrueFaced. 

Estimated attendance: 300

Includes: Recognition in the convention program, visible signage at the event, and handouts/favors distributed to participants.

 

  Drawing rules for sponsorships

  1. Businesses have until 5 p.m. MST on Wednesday, February 15, 2017 to notify AGRM of their interest for primary, product, or event sponsorships by completing and submitting their registration
  2. Previous sponsorships will not be a factor in determining which businesses are awarded sponsorships for the 2017 convention.
  3. There will only be one sponsor per primary level. In certain cases, AGRM may permit shared sponsorships of products or events.
  4. On February 16, any uncontested sponsorship for which interest has been indicated by February 15 will be awarded. If there is more than one interested party for a primary-level sponsorship or for a product or event sponsorship, the sponsorship will be decided by random drawing by an unaffiliated third party.
  5. Drawings for primary-level sponsorships will start with the highest level and work down. Drawings for products/events will be done in order they appear in the convention program.
  6. AGRM business members will be given priority. If a business member and a non-business member are both interested in the same primary-level sponsorship or product/event sponsorship, the business member will be awarded the sponsorship without a drawing. A non-business member will be awarded a primary-level sponsorship or product/event sponsorship only if it is the sole interested party, or if only other non-business members are interested; in that event a drawing will be held if multiple non-business members apply for the same sponsorship.
  7. Businesses can indicate interest for more than one sponsorship. If a business is awarded one primary-level sponsorship, it will be pulled from the other primary-level drawings. If a business is not awarded a primary-level sponsorship, it will move down to the drawing for the next primary-level sponsorship. If a business is awarded one product/event sponsorship, it will be allowed to remain in the drawing for any other product/event sponsorship for which it has indicated interest.
  8. Starting February 16, sponsorships for any uncontested primary-level or product/event sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come basis.
