10:00 a.m.   Milwaukee Rescue Mission Service Project    
Arrive in town a day early and volunteer alongside other mission folks from across the continent on one of several projects—both indoors and out—to help Milwaukee Rescue Mission keep its facilities and operations in paramount shape. You’ll enjoy tremendous fellowship and a sense of accomplishment for a great cause. Lunch will be provided. Work wraps up at 4:00 p.m.

 12:00 p.m   AGRM Registration/Information Center Open 

 2:00 p.m.   AGRM Leadership Summit     
Board members, district officers, regional reps, and others in key roles in the association will gather to celebrate God’s goodness and discuss how to make the most of the amazing opportunities He has placed in front of us.

 3:00 p.m.   Northern Lights Rendezvous
Missions across Canada are invited to have a head start to the convention. Connect with other Canadians and talk about the unique challenges in ministry north of the 49th. Dinner will be provided by one of our key sponsors.

 6:00 p.m.   Donor Party at Miller Park     
We’re taking our major donors—and you can be one of them if you aren’t already— to a club-level suite at Miller Park to see the hometown Brewers play those pesky opponents from the south, the Chicago Cubs. Enjoy food, the game, and great fellowship all at the same time.

Come early for some powerful four-hour education offerings covering subjects that are pertinent to every mission and like ministry operating today.

 1:50 p.m.   New Mission Mentor Match-Ups
Every CEO experiencing his or her first convention will be teamed by AGRM with an appropriate event veteran, not just for insights and suggestions throughout the four days, but to build a bond of friendship for the future. Note: There is no expectation that a formal mentoring relationship will extend beyond the convention…unless you want it to.

 2:30 p.m.   First-Timers Orientation
Laughter, prizes, and new friends await in this fast-paced convention overview that gives tips on how to make the most of your time at the convention and in Milwaukee.

 3:30 p.m.   Tuesday Afternoon General Session
These all-group gatherings are the heart and soul of our conventions. Everybody’s there! You’ll experience videos, giveaways, introductions of people from around the world, from-the-floor networking, uplifting worship music, and Scripture-based challenges from some of America’s current thought-leaders. At this general session, worship will be led by MKE, and you’ll hear words of wisdom from a leader of leaders, Barry Corey, president of Biola University.

5:15 p.m.   A Night in H.O.G. Heaven  
Dinner and tours at the one-of-a-kind Harley-Davidson Museum®, with interaction and testimonies from special guests, Sons of Thunder. Even if you don’t ride a motorcycle, you’ll love this experience.

8:30 p.m.   District Connections
Close off the evening with fellowship that’s close to home. Come and meet the people who are in Milwaukee from your part of the continent. Some of your best networking will happen with district peers.


June 13

Early risers can pick up (while supplies last) a self-contained morning Scripture lesson—and maybe a sweet treat and special message—that can be used anywhere on the property or even out on the street in the fresh morning air.

We’re giving you the night off so you can enjoy the city’s largest open-air market with food vendors, live art creation, local crafts, and a variety of music—all in a vibrant and safe setting along Wisconsin Avenue (one block from our hotel). And if you’re looking for more to do, there are several outdoor concerts and really cool museums relatively close to our convention hotel.

Friday Morning General Session

Our closing general session will introduce you to another thought leader, Everett Piper. Modern Day Cure will close out our worship time. This session is when AGRM will announce the winner of the refurbished Harley-Davidson motorcycle—but you have to be present to win.

 11:30 a.m.   Milwaukee Rescue Mission Tour    
    See firsthand how one of the largest transformation ministries in America’s third poorest city operates five programs and well-run facilities. They even operate a school. You’ll love their contemporary use of space in a historic building. It’s well worth staying around for this tour. Space is limited.
