Getting Settled

1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.
CEOs-Only Exhibit Hall Hard Hat Tour
Even though exhibitors won’t be fully finished setting up, we’re urging the ultimate decision makers to get a first look at all of the exhibits and meet our business partners. (You might even be able to lend them a hand in their final prep.) Last year we had the highest number of exhibits in AGRM history, and we expect this year to at least match it. Getting an early run through the Exhibit Hall will enable you to make a list of must-visit exhibits for the rest of your staff.

1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Strong Tower Prayer Room Open
Prayer is a big part of AGRM conventions, with prayer intercessors serving around the clock. This year we have added a self-guided, interactive prayer room that will draw on all your senses as it draws you to the Father. Stop in to visit the various stations, converse with God, and journal your thoughts. Check the schedule for the limited hours the Strong Tower Prayer Room is open. NOTE: Please enter prayerfully and quietly.

Annual Business Meeting

Come and ask questions. Members have a say.

11:15 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
Tour Group 2: Fort Worth Trail Missions
Put on the saddle one more time for a ride over to Cowtown and a tour of two unique member missions. Union Gospel Mission of Tarrant County has an amazing campus in an area that—thanks to the mission—recently won Most Improved Texas Neighborhood. It is also the place where the story in Same Kind of Different as Me unfolded. The mission campus features three separate buildings serving men, women, and families with children, plus an excellent medical clinic and donation warehouse. The second stop will be Beautiful Feet Ministries. Their creativity is off the charts. The campus—which has a historic church at its center—is a gathering place for youth groups across the continent. Their buses and vans are always on the go, reaching deep into the city. Lunch will be provided.
