WHO:              The Association of Gospel Rescue Missions (AGRM) is an association of more than 275 rescue missions across North America. Annually, professionals at member ministries serve approximately 50 million meals, provide more than 20 million nights of lodging, distribute more than 27 million pieces of clothing, bandage the wounds of hundreds of abuse victims, and graduate 18,000-plus homeless men and women from addiction recovery programs into productive living. AGRM is North America’s oldest and largest network of crisis shelters and rehabilitation centers offering radical hospitality in the name of Jesus.
WHAT:             CEO Summit—Fourty rescue mission executives from across North America will converge on New York City to reflect on the current condition of rescue mission ministry and to consider emerging trends and future opportunities. Moreover, the CEOs will have four formal discussion sessions focused on (1) Centralized versus decentralized growth and corresponding program effectiveness, (2) Understanding and Navigating the “zone of insolvency.” and (3) Post-election positioning for faith-based ministries to the poor.

In addition to the CEO Summit, members will join in Movement Day, an extraordinary city-ministry event with world-class speakers and a wide variety of breakouts. New York’s Movement Day has gained national attention and is changing the way many cities are thinking about city ministry. Movement Day’s key partners include the Association of Gospel Rescue Missions, WorldVision, The Navigators, and International Justice Mission.
